We went to dinner at Grammie's house before trick-or-treating on Halloween. Hannah was so excited and goofy! I sure love that girl! Alicya and Brian came with us, then we met up with friends, Jace, Jody, and their girls Riley and Payton. I would have thought that the hit of the night would have been getting the candy, although they did get their share and Hannah went in for handfuls when the people put the candy bowls down low. She did say thank you though. The actual hit of the night was the fighting to see who could ring the door bell. All three girls would race to the door and push through for the coveted position. It was so funny and we did have some tears before the night was over. All that said we had a wonderful time.

Hannah has spent about 3 hours a day in her costume for the past two weeks.

Halloween this year was so fun. It was exciting to see Hannah really enjoy herself and know what to do. On Friday night we had the ward Trunk-or-Treat. Hannah had fun with some little friends. Hannah had wanted to be Ariel from the Little Mermaid for the longest time, but when it came down to the costume she said no. We spent about a hour in the Disney store looking for just the right costume. The last little isle we came to had the Minnie Mouse stuff. You would have thought we struck gold. She jumped up and down and said, "titty mouse the peant one!" So there you have it I was happy that everything was on SALE. When getting ready Hannah told me, "you can paint my nose mom"

Family Fun

Sledding

We took Hannah sledding for the first time today with Regina, Dan, Danovin, and Ravina. She has loved playing in the snow so we thought that it would be something else that she would enjoy. She looked so cute all bundled up and ready to go. It was exciting until the sled started down the hill. Because the snow was still so new it blasted her in the face the entire way down the hill. She said, "it freezed my face" then when we were packed up ready to go Seth asked her if she had at least a little fun and she said, " No No it was awful, I need warm water to wash my hands." It was so funny. She sure has a mind of her own.

Luckily I got great pictures, Danovin loved it though. We ended up getting 22 inches! I love Colorado!

I can't believe the amount of snow, and before Halloween too. Hannah went out while Seth shoveled this evening. She had so much fun hopping like a bunny and eating the snow. I love that she can really enjoy snow this year!

Hannah's choice of winter clothing!


We had the first snow of the year. It started snowing last night and has continued throughout the day. This morning I told Hannah to go get some warm clothes on because it was going to be a cold day. This is what she came downstairs in

The weather is turning cold so we needed to get out there. The pumpkins have seen better days for sure. The weather was bad last weekend so they froze and Hannah said " momma the pumpkins are sad!" We still had fun and we took Grammie with us so when we wanted Hannah to smile Grammie did her " Happy Pumpkin Dance" it was fantastic and made us all laugh.

                                                                                   

This past weekend our little family flew to Washington State for a wedding of one of my mission companions, Natalie Anderson. It was in the Portland Oregon Temple. That is the first time I have seen that temple in person and it is breathtaking. The wedding was really nice. We are also lucky to have both of Seth's sisters, Megan and Heather and their families live in the area so we were able to spend the rest of our weekend with them. I was really grateful that all of their kids even though they are much older than Hannah that they always included her in what they were doing.

So A good Friend talked me into joining the blogging world. I have always enjoyed looking at the updates of all of my friends. So here goes. Seth and I have been married for almost 5 years. We have a woulderful funny little girl who is 2, Hannah. She keeps life fun and always changing. We are expecting a new addition to our family in March of the coming year.

Mission Reunion

This weekend we traveled to Provo Utah as a family for our mission reunion. We took it really easy and only drove half way there the first night so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. We stopped in Grand Junction, Colorado for the night. Seth got us a room at the Double Tree Hotel for the night. It was really nice. Because we go there around 8 pm we decided to just order room service instead of going out. It was so much fun we all sat on the floor and ate our dinner. It was like a slumber party. Hannah had so much fun. The next morning she woke us up ad said ok it's time to go back home. She is so cute, she thought that we drove all that way to sleep over and then go home.

Once in Provo we met up with Heath and Rebecca Westfall and their kids for dinner and then they took us on a super fun tour of the Dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point. Hannah loved it all.

We were then able to meet with some of the missionaries we served with in Ontario and Elder and Sister Sybrowsky. They are so inspiring. Sister Sybrowsky talked about making the time for daily scripture study and how it is a decision you need to make and then do it. That time is not just going to appear, but that I need to make it. It is so true.
